Reiki Flexible Learning

Reiki is easy to learn and accessible to everyone, regardless of lifestyle, faith, or belief system and you can start practising on yourself immediately after your first attunement. With this flexible scheme you can learn it at your own pace, you choose the days and times that suit your timetable, on a one-to-one basis or two students max per group, and in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Whether you wish to learn Reiki for your personal well-being, to practice professionally, or to deepen your spirituality, I am here to guide and support you at any level of your training and at each step of your journey.

First Degree (Reiki 1)

Reiki is a Japanese natural and gentle method of healing. Learning the first degree of Reiki will allow you to treat yourself as well as your family and friends (including your animal/plants family). 

Flexible training for those who can commit to a full day workshop. The flexible learning is divided into 4 modules, each module is spread onto 3 sessions of 2 hours each and 1 final session of 1h.

 What the modules will cover:
• History of Reiki
• Principles of Reiki
• Basics about the body and energy centres
• Reiki first degree attunement
• How to connect and channel the energy
• Techniques to stay protected and grounded
• Hand positions for self-treatments and healing others
• Practical Reiki treatment from a therapy bed
• Reiki first degree manual and certification

The training will take place on a one-to-one basis or 2 students max per session, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You will have many opportunities to ask questions and practice, as well as take part in meditations to help relax and open up to the energy.

Second Degree (Reiki 2)

Whether you're driven by a deep desire for spiritual growth or contemplating a professional path, this course is designed to empower you as a practitioner, enhance your skills and grow your confidence as a Reiki practitioner while learning at your own pace. The flexible training for this 2nd degree course is divided into 5 modules and it’s for those who can attend the 2-day workshop. Each module is spread onto 4 sessions of 2.5 hours each and 1 final session of 2h.

What the modules will cover:
• Recap on Reiki 1st degree
• The Reiki kanji
• The symbols and how to use them

• Methods of distant healing
• Reiki 2nd degree attunement
• Learn and practice various Reiki techniques
• Reiki as a safe and ethical professional practice
• Reiki 2nd degree manual and certification

 After learning the first degree, some people would have had the opportunity to give a Reiki treatment to family or friends. If you haven’t done so, don’t worry! In this course, you will have the opportunity to give a Reiki treatment from a therapy bed. The training will take place on a one-to-one basis or 2 students max per session, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You will have opportunities to ask questions and practice, as well as take part in meditations to help you relax and work with the energy.

Reiki Master Level

The Master level is a very special step in the Reiki journey and not for everyone. However, if you wish to elevate your Reiki practice or become a guiding light for others, this final level will provide you with the advanced skills and knowledge needed to achieve that. It marks the pinnacle of Reiki training, allowing you to fully embrace the role of a Master practitioner and teacher, and to help others on their own paths to healing and spiritual growth.
