An introduction to meditation as a tool for self-care and well-being.
If you're ready to prioritise your health and looking for simple, natural ways to practice self-care, this workshop is designed for you. Learn the basics of meditation – the what, the how, and the why – in easy-to-understand terms, so you can integrate it into your daily routine with confidence. No prior experience in meditation is necessary.
What the workshop will cover:
• Learn about meditation and how to use it as a self-care tool.
• Explore breathwork techniques to promote focus and balance and enhance your meditation experience.
• Practical tips to help you establish your practice.
• Sample different types of meditation.
• Learn to create your own personalised mantra, adding a unique and empowering element to your meditation practice.
What this workshop includes:
• Workshop Manual.
• A Reiki charged crystal to use in one of the meditations and take home for your practice.
• Certificate of attendance.
• Refreshments.
The course will take place as a small size group in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Some of the meditations will take place in the garden, weather permitting. Places are limited, please get in touch to book in advance.
I’m a therapeutic meditation teacher and a Reiki Master practitioner and teacher registered with the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC).
Cost: £80, £15 non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking and the remaining £65 to be paid 48h before the workshop.
