In this workshop, you'll explore how to use art as a tool for self-care and well-being, unlocking your creativity to find balance, connect to your intuition and inspire personal transformation. No prior experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.

This will be a hands-on, practical workshop. You’ll have the opportunity to take part in a guided meditation to calm the mind and help you get into the creative flow before diving into the art-making process. The course will take place as a small size group in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Places are limited, please book in advance. Please note this is not an art therapy session.
I’m a therapeutic meditation teacher, with training in therapeutic art life coaching. I have a BA (Hons) degree in Design and Art Direction from MMU, and I’m also a DBS-checked Reiki Master registered with the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC).
Cost: £55, £10 non-refundable deposit payable at the time of booking and the remaining £45 to be paid 48h before the workshop.
